• 20 years of experience in oil and gas industry with Independent E&P.

• Former VP of Engineering & BD at Macpherson Energy, a JV with Occidental Corporation in CA.

• Successfully sold Macpherson to Berry Petroleum in Q4 2023.

• Drilled over 150 extended reach horizontal wells in a mature reservoir targeting pre-heated & banked oil.

• Performed comprehensive Waterflood Optimization through injection surveillance from tools built from the ground up.

• Resulted in a significant increase in oil production rate in the Round Mountain Oilfield from 5,000 BOPD to 14,000 BOPD.

• Held technical roles overseeing $800 Million of internally-funded capital projects, expanding and starting new EOR projects.

• Extensive experience with Steamflood and Waterflood recovery methods.

• Held technical roles assisting Denbury Resources in designing a CO2 flood for Citronelle Field, Mobile, AB.
