Geology

Former Vice President of Geology at Three Rivers Operating I-IV. Spearheaded the development and optimization of hundreds of thousands of acres in the Permian Basin through advanced horizontal targeting and enhanced completion techniques. Successfully added millions of barrels of reserves and increased daily production via innovative recompletion programs across the asset base. Conducted technical geological evaluations for hundreds of acquisition opportunities, driving strategic growth.
Previous experience as a Geologist at XTO Energy and ExxonMobil. Specialized in managing waterfloods and vertical conventional fields across the Permian Basin.
Academic credentials: Master of Science in Geology from Texas Christian University.

Subsurface Development

20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Independent E&P.
Former VP of Engineering & BD at Macpherson Energy, a JV with Occidental Corporation in CA.
Successfully sold Macpherson to Berry Petroleum in Q4 2023.
Drilled over 150 extended reach horizontal wells in a mature reservoir targeting pre-heated & banked oil.
Performed comprehensive Waterflood Optimization through injection surveillance from tools built from the ground up, resulting in a significant increase in oil production rate in the Round Mountain Oilfield from 5,000 BOPD to 14,000 BOPD.
Held technical roles overseeing $800 Million of internally-funded capital projects, expanding and starting new EOR projects.
Extensive experience with Steamflood and Waterflood recovery methods.
Held technical roles assisting Denbury Resources in designing a CO2 flood for Citronelle Field, Mobile, AB.
Assisted a large family office with the divestiture of their Operated working interest in the Eagle-Ford basin in 2025.
Holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska at Fairbanks.
Holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune in India.
